Wine of green-yellow colour and medium viscosity. Beautiful smell of spring meadow flowers, dried hay and touch of dustiness. Fresh taste combines lightness of Sylvaner with it´s spiciness. Structural wine with great, fresh persistence.

Technology
Very first Sylvaner produced as "VOC" wine (appellation system). Hand picked, short maceration and long lees contact made this wine balanced and unique.
Winemaker´s note
One of 3 most important varieties for Valtice. Due to troubles with growing almost disappeared, but we are trying to show all the qualities of this local gem.
