Sparkling wine of gold-yellow colour and delicate bubbling. We can find overriped apples, exotic fruit and touch of ripeness in smell. Taste is robust, full with touch of biscuit and very long lasting bubbling.

Technology

First sparkling wines made as blend traditional "champagne" varieties Pinot noir and Chardonnay. Primary wine was carefully blended and after secondary fermentation was aged 24 months on lees.

Winemaker´s note

Very first sparkling wine contains 2 of 3 champagne varieties. There will be sparkling wines made of all 3 very soon.
