Tasting notes
Sparkling wine of yellow-green color with decent bubbling. There is pomelo and tangerine in smell followed with light flower line. Taste combines green apple and overripe citruses. Very long fizzing gives great finish to the wine.

Technology
Grapes of Riesling and Welschriesling comes from old vineyards at Hintertály. Whole bunch pressing and inox fermentation brings freshness to the primary wine.
Winemaker´s note
Traditional method sparkling wine made by assemblage of best Rieslings from Hintertály vineyard. Citrus-apple line and great bubbling make it great company for any occasion.
