Tasting notes
Wine of light garnet color and high viscosity. Medium intense smell of overripe strawberries and cherry compote with hint of sweet liquorice and vanilla. Velvet, medium intensive taste of coco desert with cherry and cinnamon dust. Long harmonic aftertaste with blackberry finish.

Technology
Grapes came from well oriented slopes near border with Austria. Open-top barrel fermentation with traditional punch-down. Pressing after 10 weeks from harvest.
Winemaker´s note
Very elegant and smooth Pinot, which was worth to wait for it. Beautiful show of harmony and nobless of this great variety.
